UK DELIVERY

  • All orders include free Royal Mail 1st class delivery.

  • Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days.

  • Need your order quicker? Please email us at rufusofwimbledon@gmail.com and we will do all we can to help.

  • All items are limited quantity, therefore orders will be dispatched once work is complete, please check each product description.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • International delivery can be arranged for most products, if you would like something delivered outside of the UK please email us and we will be happy to arrange this extra service for you.

UK RETURNS​

  1. To arrange a return please contact us with your name and order number letting us know which item you would like to return. We will then email you a free returns label to print.

  2. Any returned items without contacting us first will not be received.

  3. You can return an item for refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your original order.

  4. We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.

  5. Refunds will be made by the same method you made payment with.

  6. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

  7. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it reaches us.

  8. Your refund will be processed within 4 working days from receipt of your return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  2. The cost of International returns is the responsibility of the customer, including relevant tracking and insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for items we do not receive.

  3. We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale items.
